I love traveling but I know that there are parts of the journey that are rough such as Airport Security and having to almost undress to go into those scanners or dealing with overpriced Panda Express and Starbucks. Road trips are a little easier but then you aren't able to nap unless you plan for multiple drivers or when you have to pee and there is no rest stop or gas station for 20 miles. There are some things that I refuse to travel without for my own sanity and for my son. Anything that can make a trip easier is honestly worth the money. Then I get to enjoy the little moments and Just enjoy all the moments of the journey ahead. Here is my ultimate must have list when I travel.

OH MY GOSH! These bottle are so amazing. Having a new baby that wakes up every 2-3 hours is exhausting but with having some issues with my delivery which has made my recovery more painful and took way too long to heal, these bottles have for sure made life easier and made my little one less fussy and angry as it took me forever to do anything.
These bottles make it so you can pre-set up the bottles and press a button to mix the formulas sleepy me didn't have to get up and try to prepare a bottle while my baby cried and screamed. When traveling, it's been amazing to just have everything all set up so I don't have to worry about preparing a bottle on a plane or on the road. These bottle are way too amazing and I recommend them for everyone! For more information on these awesome bottles, Click here.
I love reading. When I get a chance for myself, I will either read or write. I got a Nook Color when I was in College and I keep that thing filled with books. I still love reading actual books but E-Readers are so simple and convenient to make sure that You have all the books you need and it won't take up a lot of space. You can find some great tablets or E-Readers on Amazon by clicking here.
This hat is a stroke of genius! When flying, babies are slightly sensitive and When I finally got my son to sleep, I was on pins and needles because I was worried that any noise would wake him, and then The whole plane would have to hear him cry. This amazing hat muffles the sound so that his hearing was just a bit less sensitive. I love this hat so much that I use it when I'm home with my dogs. You can find the HUSH HAT by clicking here.
Formula Holder/Containers
I was not able to breastfeed with my baby due to pregnancy complications and medications I was on. Because of that, I was feeding my son through formula. Flying international or with long layovers were miserable with keeping formula in the original containers because one time the lid popped off and I was struggling to get ahold of the extra formula I packed or I didn't have enough room to pack extra stuff like toys or books for my son and so I was struggling to keep him from getting fussy. I'm extremely stubborn and cheap when it comes to buying un-needed items as I would rather spend money on stuff my son needs than something to make my life more convenient. My mother bought me a container that allowed me to pack 3 feedings of formula in a small convenient container. For me, that was a game changer and I ended up rushing to the store to buy a couple more. You can find some great ones by clicking here.
Baby Carrier
My first trip, I over-planned my time on and off my flight and figured a stroller would be the only thing I needed and I was so wrong. My son loves being held and did not want to be in the stroller. On top of that, Getting through Airport Security with bags and a stroller were miserable and so hard I almost turned around and went home. I read a blog that another traveling mom wrote and she mentioned that she used a baby carrier. I tried that on my next trip and the experience was so nice! From that moment on, I recommend flying with a baby carrier. I fly overseas a lot to visit my family and with customs and immigration, it's just so much easier to ditch the stroller and just carry my son. You can find some great carriers locally but I got mine off Amazon and it didn't break the bank. You can find some great carriers here. You can also see a great travel carrier here.
Bottle Warmer
The hardest thing for me to find in an airport is safe warm or room temp water for my son's bottles. I'm such a germ-aphobe and overly plan for my son and having a bottle warmer made it really easy for me to know that I can use bottle water and my son would be perfectly fine to drink his formula. My favorite one can be found here.
